8 week psychoeducational and experiential class that reviews what mindfulness is, why it helps and how to practice it via meditation and somatic practices to reach your wellness goals.
Small group classes not to exceed 6 people ensure the most effective attention to your personal mindfulness/meditation goals.
Each class is 1.5 hours. Half is focused on psychoeducation half will include a relaxation exercise to ensure you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
All will be in person in our office at 2 Cote Lane Bedford, NH

Total Relaxation

In this 60-minute session, our total relaxation classes employ somatic techniques, body scans, guided meditations, and yoga nidra. Participants recline on comfortable mats with bolsters and optional eye masks in a serene, warm environment, immersing themselves in a state of complete relaxation.

Personalized Relaxation Coaching involves creating a customized plan to address an individual's specific relaxation needs and goals. Coaching provides individualized support and guidance to help people cultivate relaxation skills and incorporate them into their daily lives for improved well-being and resilience against stress.
Indulge in weekly or biweekly personalized 90-minute sessions, available in-person or virtually, tailored to unravel your unique barriers to relaxation and cultivate strategies to achieve your relaxation goals. Conclude each session with a guided relaxation experience, leaving you feeling replenished and revitalized.
